Shipping policy

We currently ship worldwide (to most countries) from South Africa. Customs Fees are always possible when shipping to a different country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

We make use of MyCourier  and Pargo pick up points for shipping within South Africa (2-4 business day express shipping depending on delivery address or Pargo pick up point selection) and we use Fedex and UPS for all international orders (delivery timeframes depend on the options provided at checkout). Delivery timeframes are subject to change without notice. Please contact us directly if you are concerned about current delivery timeframes. Please note that orders placed from our BULK section can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture before delivery takes place.

All orders are shipped within 10-12 business days. When packages are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. No changes can be made to your order once it has been placed (we cannot add or omit items). Please note that during the festive season, you may have to wait 2-3 extra business days for your order to be processed and sent with the courier.
